How does it work?

- We will respond with advice, a prescription or an appointment.
Your request will be reviewed by a member of the admin team within 2 working days, and will be triaged so that your query is dealt with by the most appropriate member of staff. This may not necessarily be a GP.
When completing a request, please make it clear how we can help you. There is an option to add photos if relevant. Your online form will be saved to your medical record.
